1. Image Processing & PDF Generation

All image processing, document scanning, cropping, resizing, compression, enhancement, and PDF generation operations are performed locally on your device whenever possible.

The application does not upload your images, scanned documents, or generated PDF files to our servers.

SECTION 02

2. Document Scanning

The application provides a document scanning feature that allows users to capture paper documents using their device camera.

Document detection, edge detection, cropping, image enhancement, and scan processing are performed on-device through Android and Google Play Services components.

Scanned content is not transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or shared with third parties by the application.

SECTION 03

3. Information Storage

Generated PDF files and scanned images are stored only in locations selected by the user, such as the app’s private storage area or public device folders (for example, Downloads).

We do not have access to these files.

4. Device Permissions

The application may request the following permissions:

• Camera Permission
Used only when you choose the “Scan Document” feature to capture document images.

• Photos / Media Access
Used only when you select images from your device for PDF creation.

• Storage Access (where applicable)
Used only when saving, exporting, sharing, or managing PDF files selected by the user.

Permissions are requested only when required for a user-initiated action.

5. Sharing Files

When you choose to share a PDF document, Android’s secure file-sharing mechanisms (such as FileProvider and system sharing tools) are used.

Files are shared only with applications and destinations selected by you.

6. Advertising

This application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.

Advertising providers may collect limited device information, advertising identifiers, diagnostics data, and usage information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The application may use services provided by:

Google Play Services
Google ML Kit / Document Scanner APIs
Google AdMob (if enabled)

BR Image to PDF does not intentionally collect, store, sell, or transfer:

Personal information
Scanned documents
PDF content
Images selected by users
User-created files

The application does not require account registration.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect user data through Android’s built-in security mechanisms.

However, no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

This application is not directed toward children under the age required by local law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

Any updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date shown above.
