Terms of Service

By installing, downloading, accessing, or using any mobile application created and published by GB Tech Studio (under the Google Play Developer Account Growing Bangla Tech Studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our applications. Your continued use of any GB Tech Studio software signifies your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GB Tech Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute our applications on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Restrictions: You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or reverse-engineer the binary source code of any GB Tech Studio app.
• Modifications: You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our Android packages (.APK or .AAB).

You agree to use our Android applications in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

• No Unlawful Activity: You must not use tools like BR Screen Recorder, BR Image to PDF, or BR Converter to record, convert, or distribute copyrighted content without authorization.
• System Integrity: You must not attempt to bypass security mechanisms, modify app runtime memory, or inject malicious code into any GB Tech Studio application.
• Respect for Rights: You are solely responsible for all content, images, files, or media created, scanned, converted, or exported using our software tools.

Because GB Tech Studio utility applications process data 100% locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining proper device backups.

• Local Data Storage: Converted PDF files, resized images, status downloads, and scan logs are stored in your device's local memory or SD card. GB Tech Studio does not hold cloud copies of your media.
• Device Security: You are responsible for protecting your device against unauthorized physical or digital access.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to GB Tech Studio applications—including but not limited to source code, user interfaces, branding logos, icons, graphics, visual designs, and sound effects—are owned by GB Tech Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

"GB Tech Studio," "QR-ScanX," "Speed-Go," and our official app logomarks are trademarks of our studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our studio trademarks without prior written permission.

Our applications may contain links or integrated APIs pointing to third-party services, including Google Play Store infrastructure, Google AdMob, or Firebase Crashlytics.

GB Tech Studio does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service you interact with.

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• No Warranty: GB Tech Studio does not warrant that app functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware configuration.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GB Tech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our software tools.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are published, we will revise the "Last Updated & Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our applications following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
