About Local Cric Heroes
GB Tech Studio develops Local Cric Heroes, an Android cricket scoring and live-score app. This policy covers the app and its related pages on gbtechstudio.com. The app is in development/testing.
Information we handle
We handle account details such as your account ID, email, display name and profile picture when provided; cricket content such as players, teams, matches, scores and statistics; and synchronization, recovery, Wallet, Coin and Go Live records. Advertising and hosting services may also process IP addresses, device identifiers, usage and diagnostic information.
How we use information
We use information to sign you in, control access, score and synchronize matches, show live scores and statistics, provide advertising and verified Coin rewards, prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions, recover interrupted operations and respond to support/privacy requests. Google Sign-In does not give us your Google password.
Local storage and website sessions
The app stores cricket data and pending operations on your device and uses cloud services for supported online features. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete server records. Some sensitive recovery records use encrypted storage, but this does not mean all local data is encrypted. Android backup/device-transfer rules include the shared-preferences domain. The prepared website login uses necessary session protections but is not currently active. This policy page itself uses no scripts, ads or tracking tags.
Advertising and Coins
We use Google AdMob and consent/privacy messaging where required. Google may process advertising/device identifiers, IP-derived general location, ad interactions and diagnostics depending on settings and consent. Rewarded ads are optional. Coins are credited only after server verification, not merely because an ad finished. Coins cannot be purchased, transferred or cashed out. Available privacy choices can be managed through the app and relevant device/Google settings.
Service providers
We use Google for sign-in, ads and consent; Supabase for authentication, database, Realtime and backend services; and Hostinger for website/email hosting. These providers and authorized operators may process service and security records. Processing may occur outside your country. A provider dashboard history window is not a guarantee that every copy is deleted at that time.
Retention and account deletion
We keep information for the app functions, shared history, security and unresolved operations described here. Exact category-specific retention and deletion rules are still being finalized; this draft does not approve indefinite retention or promise an unverified deletion deadline. Eligible pending rewards and Go Live operations must be resolved safely.
Production account deletion is not yet available. You can contact privacy@gbtechstudio.com with a privacy or deletion request; receiving an email does not mean deletion has completed. Shared history, necessary verification evidence and backup copies require separate handling.
Age and security
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over, not children under 13. This does not mean every user's age has been verified. Applicable safeguards for users aged 13–17 must be established before public release. We use access controls and verification safeguards, but no system can guarantee complete security.

Do not send passwords, tokens or verification codes. This draft has no effective date; the proposed effective date is the actual approved publication date. Future changes will be reflected in the published policy.
